We are Auto Lot Impact

A small team with deep roots in automotive retail, on a mission to make professional social media marketing accessible to every dealership, regardless of size.

Our Story

The Problem

Auto Lot Impact was born out of a problem that Danny Jacobs had been watching play out across dealerships for years. Social media worked. When inventory was posted consistently to a dealership's Facebook page, cars moved faster and customers arrived better informed and more ready to buy. The data was consistent and the logic was clear.

The problem was that consistent manual posting was simply not sustainable in a busy dealership environment. It demanded time that salespeople didn't have, produced inconsistent results, and was always the first thing to get dropped when the lot got busy. The moment posting stopped, the results stopped with it.

The Solution

Danny brought the problem to Kirsty Bishopp, a software developer and digital marketing specialist he had worked with on a range of projects over more than a decade. Together they worked out that the entire process could be automated. Kirsty built the platform, they ran a beta test with Danny's own dealership, and it worked exactly as intended.

From One Dealership to Many

What started as a solution for one dealership quickly became clear as a platform that could help every dealer facing the same challenge. Danny and Erin Duke, who between them brought over 50 years of automotive retail experience to the table, joined forces with Kirsty to build Auto Lot Impact into a product the wider industry could use.

In February 2026, following Auto Lot Impact's debut at NADA in Las Vegas, Danny and Erin made the decision to sell their dealership and commit to Auto Lot Impact full time. It was a statement of conviction in what the platform could become, and it marked the beginning of a new chapter for the company.

Where We Are Today

Today Auto Lot Impact serves dealerships across the United States. The platform was originally built with independent dealers and small franchise stores in mind, the businesses that know social media works but simply do not have the budget or the staff to do it consistently. What surprised us was the level of interest from the other end of the market. Large dealer groups, it turns out, face the same consistency problem at scale, and the appetite for a solution that works across multiple rooftops has been significant. That interest culminated in Auto Lot Impact completing the rigorous vendor approval process for Lithia Motors, one of the largest automotive retailers in the world, making the platform available to Lithia dealerships across the United States.

Kirsty Bishopp

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in software development and digital marketing, Kirsty brings a rare combination of technical depth and commercial instinct to Auto Lot Impact. Having worked closely with Danny Jacobs on a range of projects over more than a decade, she developed a deep understanding of the challenges dealerships face long before Auto Lot Impact existed.

Kirsty is the architect behind the Auto Lot Impact platform, having designed and built the system from the ground up. Her approach to development is shaped by one principle: technology should remove complexity from people's lives, not add to it. Every feature on the platform reflects that thinking, from the automation that runs silently in the background to the integrations that connect seamlessly with the tools dealers already use.

As CTO, Kirsty leads all technical development and roadmap decisions, working closely with the team and the platform's dealer customers to ensure Auto Lot Impact continues to evolve in the direction that matters most.

A note on how we build

Auto Lot Impact is guided by a principle we call dealer-driven development. We do not sit in an office deciding what we think dealerships need. We listen to the people running dealerships every day and build what they tell us matters most.

Every feature on the platform exists because a dealer asked for it. Every integration was added because dealers were using that system. That approach will not change as we grow.

If you have a suggestion, a pain point, or an idea for something that would make your dealership's social media easier to manage, we genuinely want to hear it.
