Manual posting

Auto Lot Impact has always been about automation — vehicles post themselves and your social media runs in the background without anyone needing to think about it. That remains the core of what we do.

But sometimes you want to take the wheel. Maybe you have a vehicle you want to push this week. Maybe a customer expressed interest in something specific and you want it on your Facebook page today. Until now, the only way to make that happen was to wait for the automation to pick it up.

Not any more. Manual posting lets you select any vehicle in your inventory and add it directly to the posting queue with a single action. The platform still handles the content generation, the image creation, and the posting itself — you are just choosing which vehicle goes next.

Slot filler

Your posting schedule has a set number of slots each day. When every slot has a vehicle assigned to it, the schedule runs smoothly. But when new arrivals slow down or your queue runs low, those slots can go empty — and an empty slot is a missed opportunity to put inventory in front of potential buyers.

Slot filler solves this automatically. When a slot would otherwise go unused, the platform identifies vehicles already in your inventory that have not been posted recently and fills the gap. No manual intervention required, no empty days on your Facebook page.

Your posting schedule stays consistent regardless of how your inventory is moving.

Live price change updates

When a vehicle's price drops, that is news worth sharing. Previously, a price change on a vehicle that had already been posted had no effect on the existing post — the old price sat there until the post was eventually removed.

Now, when a price changes in your inventory feed, Auto Lot Impact automatically updates the existing post to reflect the new price. The update is clear and immediate, so anyone who saw the original post and comes back to check will see the current price rather than an outdated one.

For dealers who use price reductions as a sales tool, this means your social media stays accurate without anyone needing to manually edit posts.
